What is Tree of Hope?
Every Christmas, countless children in our own communities are wishing for more than presents—they’re longing for hope. Through Tree of Hope, we have the chance to bring light, love, and the message of Jesus to families in need right here in San Jose and Greenville.
We’ve partnered with local charities to help underprivileged families get the Christmas they otherwise wouldn’t have. We can’t do it without you! Please explore all the ways in which you can become the miracle they’ve been praying for!

How to Participate
Grab a tag.

Register your tag.
Fill out the short form to register yourself as the tag owner responsible for that child’s gift this season.

Shop and wrap.
Purchase the gifts listed on the tag and wrap them beautifully.

Bring in your gifts.
Deliver your wrapped gifts on or before Sunday, December 14th.

We’ll take it from there.
Our Outreach Team will deliver the gifts to the families!

FAQs
What if I lost my tag?
Contact [email protected] with your contact info.
What if I can’t drop off my gifts on Sunday the 14th?
You can drop off Mon–Thurs to the reception office prior to the 14th.
What if I change my mind or I am not able to purchase the gifts?
Please contact [email protected] before December 14th because we will do our best to get them covered by another family.
Do I have to buy everything listed behind the tag?
No. Please just purchase at least $50 worth of gifts.
If they didn’t ask for much, please go above and beyond to bless them.
Can I just give cash or money?
We encourage you to grab a tag, but if you’re unable to participate in-person, you can give monetarily here.
Do I need to wrap my gift?
Yes, please bring your gifts pre-wrapped.
Angel Tags do not need to be wrapped.
How do we know if they got their gift or if they liked it?
We can promise you your child will receive your gift.
However, to protect privacy and dignity, partner organizations will deliver the gifts on our behalf.
